Data Governance & Sovereignty

Voxium ("We", "Us") processes information solely to provide and improve our sovereign dialogue analysis services. This includes:

• Authentication Data: Account credentials (Name, Email, Organization) used strictly for identity management and system integrity.
• Intelligence Assets: Audio inputs and generated transcripts. This data is processed through secure pipelines solely to generate the intelligence insights requested by the Customer.

We operate under a strict "Zero-Training" policy for Enterprise Data.

Voxium guarantees that proprietary Customer Data (audio, transcripts, and metadata) is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve foundational models for third parties. Your intelligence remains logically isolated within a dedicated, siloed instance. We do not monetize or trade data assets.

We are committed to the principle of "Security by Design." Our platform is architected to protect the confidentiality and integrity of your data through rigorous infrastructure standards:

• AES-256 Encryption: All data, both in transit and at rest, is secured using industrial-grade encryption standards.
• Multi-Tenant Isolation: We employ strict logical partitioning protocols to ensure your data ecosystem remains entirely siloed from other users.

Our operations are designed for strict adherence to international data protection frameworks to foster global institutional trust:

• Framework Alignment: We adhere to the principles of data minimization, purpose limitation, and security as defined by leading global data protection standards (including GDPR).
• Jurisdiction-Aware Residency: Our infrastructure is designed for portable, compliant deployment within local jurisdictions to satisfy regional data residency requirements.

In accordance with sovereign data protection standards, you retain full rights over your personal data, including access, rectification, and deletion.
