1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the VOXIUM SEMANTIC INTELLIGENCE platform ('Service'), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service ('Terms'). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you or the entity you represent ('User,' 'you') and VOXIUM SEMANTIC INTELLIGENCE ('we,' 'us,' 'our').
2. Intellectual Property
VOXIUM SEMANTIC INTELLIGENCE retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including but not limited to the semantic analysis engine, proprietary algorithms, software, user interface, and all associated intellectual property. Users are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, distributing, reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to scrape or extract source code from the platform.
3. Data Ownership and License
You retain full ownership of the audio files, transcripts, and any other data you upload to the Service ('Input Data'). By using the Service, you grant VOXIUM SEMANTIC INTELLIGENCE a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and transform your Input Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. The resulting analyses, summaries, and insights ('Output Data') are owned by you and are provided for your internal business use.
4. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary legal rights, permissions, and consents to record, upload, and analyze the dialogues and data you submit to the Service. This includes complying with all applicable laws and regulations regarding data privacy and consent, such as the Moroccan CNDP (Law 09-08) and GDPR. You agree not to upload any data for which you do not have the explicit legal authority to process.
5. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an 'as-is' and 'as-available' basis. While we strive for a high degree of accuracy, VOXIUM SEMANTIC INTELLIGENCE makes no warranties regarding the complete accuracy, reliability, or correctness of the AI-generated insights. We are not liable for any business decisions, losses, or damages incurred based on the use of Output Data. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Governing Law
These terms of Service and any dispute arising out of your use of the Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
