The legal framework for autonomous dialogue intelligence.
1. Service Protocol
Voxium operates as an intelligence layer for enterprise communication. By using the platform, the Customer acknowledges that dialogue assets are processed via automated semantic pipelines.
2. Probabilistic Assessment
All AI-generated outputs, including risk scores and summaries, are probabilistic assessments. These signals are intended for decision support and do not constitute absolute guarantees of intent or outcome.
3. Data Sovereignty
The Customer retains full ownership of dialogue assets. Voxium enforces dedicated tenant isolation: your data is never used to train foundational models for other entities.
4. Limitation of Liability
Voxium is a decision-support tool. Final operational actions based on system insights are the sole responsibility of the Customer's authorized operators.
5. Regulatory Alignment & Compliance
Voxium is designed for adherence to global data protection and privacy frameworks. The Customer acknowledges that they maintain sole responsibility for ensuring that the collection, recording, and processing of dialogue assets comply with all applicable local, regional, and international laws. Voxium provides the infrastructure for intelligence; however, the Customer must ensure they have obtained all necessary consents and authorizations required by their specific jurisdiction before utilizing the service.
6. Security & Integrity
Reverse engineering of semantic models or unauthorized extraction of logic-gate structures is strictly prohibited under institutional security protocols.
